According to glavcom.ua: The Security Service of Ukraine struck the 'Kirovske' airfield in occupied Crimea with drones. The strikes targeted various objects, including helicopters and the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and artillery system.
According to the SBU, their goal was to reduce Russia's ability to conduct airstrikes on Ukraine. The 'Web' operation, which lasted almost two years, aimed to eliminate Russian missile carriers and required unconventional solutions.
'Occupiers must realize that their military equipment and munitions are unprotected anywhere: neither at the front line, nor in temporarily occupied territories, nor in the enemy's rear,' representatives of the service stated.
The SBU attacked the military airfield in Crimea, seeking to limit Russia's military capabilities. The intelligence agency's activity is aimed at destroying Russian military equipment and munitions to protect Ukraine from possible aggressive actions.
