According to Кабмін: The government of Ukraine has launched the eRestoration program, which provides the opportunity to obtain housing certificates for people who lost their homes due to Russian aggression. The Prime Minister of the country, Yulia Svyrydenko, stated that more than 6,300 people will be able to benefit from this program. In total, by 2025, about 67,000 families have already received compensation totaling over 31.5 billion hryvnias.
One of the innovations is the provision of a housing voucher worth 2 million hryvnias for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories. This voucher can be used to purchase housing, invest in construction, or pay for a mortgage. The program is currently available only to IDPs with combatant status or persons with disabilities due to the war.
If you have lost your home due to Russian aggression, you can apply to participate in the program through designated organizations such as the CNAP, a notary, the Diia app or portal. The program is designed to help people affected by the war to restore their lives more quickly and provide themselves with housing.
