Average Salary in Ukraine: Who Earns 85 Thousand and Who Only 14

The average salary in Ukraine reached a record high of 25.9 thousand UAH in October 2025. This data is provided by TSN, citing a well-known job search website.

According to regional differences, the highest salaries are recorded in Kyiv and Luhansk regions, while Chernivtsi and Kirovohrad regions have the lowest figures. The leaders in salary are the information and telecommunications sectors, while education remains the least paid industry.

The highest salaries are offered in managerial positions and the IT sector, whereas call center operators, accountants, and road workers report the lowest incomes.

Over the year, salaries have increased by 16%, with the largest growth noted in professions such as labeler, trader, and dermatocosmetologist.
