August subsidy recalculation: who saw a decrease or increase in payments

According to hvylya.net: The Ukrainian Pension Fund reported that it has once again reviewed the amount of housing subsidies for families whose incomes have suddenly changed. This recalculation occurs twice a year - in March and August - and is carried out automatically, without the need to submit applications.

Response to income changes

In August of this year, a recalculation was conducted for families whose incomes in the first and second quarters of 2025 significantly differed from their incomes in the third and fourth quarters of 2024. This data was taken into account when assigning subsidies in May.

Thus, in families where the financial situation improved, payments decreased, while in those where incomes dropped, the subsidy increased.

The Pension Fund emphasizes that this system is designed for a prompt response to changes and a fair distribution of state support.
