Strike on gas distribution stations in Luhansk region: Luhansk TPP switched to coal

According to glavcom.ua: The Commander of the Drone Forces, Robert Brovdi, reported that Ukrainian defenders attacked gas distribution stations in the Luhansk region. This information was disclosed by Brovdi himself on his Telegram.

Hit:

• Gas distribution station (GDS) 'Shchastia' (Luhansk region), which is the main source of gas for Luhansk TPP. As a result, Luhansk TPP switched to coal.
• GDS Severodonetsk (Severodonetsk, Luhansk region), which is critically important for the chemical industry.
• GDS Novopskov (Luhansk region).

'The trip was made by the 'Birds' of the 14th regiment of the Drone Forces on the night of September 25, 2025,' the message states.

Also, on September 8, as a result of a series of explosions in the city of Penza, the only system of main oil pipelines was damaged. At least four explosions occurred in the Railway district of the city around four in the morning. This caused the shutdown of two pipes of the main gas pipeline with a capacity of 2 million barrels per day.

Defenders attacked gas distribution stations in the Luhansk region, which resulted in some important facilities being hit. Additionally, earlier, as a result of a series of explosions in the city of Penza, the system of main oil pipelines was damaged, leading to the shutdown of a gas pipeline with high throughput capacity.
