Cristian Shevchenko, the son of UAF president Andriy Shevchenko, has signed his first professional contract with the English 'Watford'. This was reported by 'Glokom' referring to the club’s official website. 'Watford' plays in the Championship - the second tier of English football.

Born in London, Cristian Shevchenko received Ukrainian citizenship in March 2024, after which he debuted for Ukraine's youth team (U19).
