Ukrainian athletes received the Treasure of the Nation award: who became the laureate

According to glavcom.ua: Today, Ukrainian athletes received the national award 'Treasure of the Nation 2025' for their significant achievements. Among the laureates is schoolboy Kyrylo Ilyashenko, who saved passengers from the 'bus of death' during the shelling in Sumy. The National Olympic Committee was recognized for its contribution to the development of sports and the promotion of Olympic values.

Taіsiya Onofriychuk, the absolute European champion in rhythmic gymnastics, also made it to the list of awardees. Her son, Kyrylo, did not allow the circumstances to distract him from helping others in a difficult moment.
