French Olympic swimmer, Amaury Léveaux, is accused of fraud due to the launch of the Spantale platform with its own cryptocurrency, which investors call a scam. The story began in the summer of 2021 when the family of one investor invested 100,000 euros in this project, but later lost money due to a sharp decline in token value. Léveaux himself denies his guilt, emphasizing that he fell victim to fraud by the company responsible for the technical aspects of the platform.
Despite the accusations from investors, the Paris prosecutor's office has not yet brought any criminal charges against Amaury Léveaux.
