Interim results of the review in the Energoatom case

According to НАЗК: The National Agency for Corruption Prevention is conducting an official review in the case of 'Energoatom', which started on November 10, 2025. At the moment, there are already some results:

  • One version, expressed at the meeting of the Temporary Investigative Commission on November 17, has not been confirmed.
  • Some other versions submitted in a letter from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau have also not been confirmed.
  • NAZK continues to cooperate with NABU to analyze all possible versions and objectively establish the facts.

Instructions and other results

The head of NAZK, Viktor Pavlushchik, has set a deadline for conducting the review of two months from the start – until January 10, 2026. He disclosed this information during a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Policy Committee on November 25, 2025.

After the completion of the review, NAZK promises to provide detailed information to the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada, the Anti-Corruption Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, the Public Council at NAZK, and other stakeholders in case of receiving relevant requests.

The national agency remains open to cooperation with all state structures and other interested parties, ensuring maximum transparency, objectivity, and full establishment of facts within the framework of the conducted review.

During the official review conducted by NAZK in the framework of the 'Energoatom' case, some versions were checked, but many of them found no confirmation. The agency continues to cooperate with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau to objectively establish the facts. The head of NAZK has set a deadline for the completion of the review by January 10, 2026, and promises to thoroughly report on the results to all interested parties.
