According to Главком: A devastating road accident occurred on July 4 along the M-14 highway, which connects Odesa, Melitopol, and Novoazovsk, near the villages of Krasne and Nechayane. A Mercedes Sprinter minibus, operating as a shuttle service, collided with a Volvo truck, resulting in 9 fatalities and leaving 8 others injured. The minibus was traveling from Odesa to Mykolaiv at the time of the crash.

The incident took place around 7:40 AM. Preliminary reports indicate that the minibus driver veered off the roadway, causing the vehicle to overturn and cross into oncoming traffic. Emergency responders, including a psychologist from the State Emergency Service, were dispatched to the scene to assist victims and recover the deceased.
