According to hvylya.net: Denys Shmyhal, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, announced mobilization in the country in an interview with Sky News. His words indicate that mobilization in Ukraine is stable and even increasing, allowing for the replenishment of personnel and the creation of reserves.
'The level of mobilization in Ukraine over the past 12 months has been absolutely stable and shows a trend of growth, and we have mobilized all the necessary personnel to cover all our losses and form small reserves,' the minister stated.
Shmyhal also noted that the level of mobilization in Russia, while covering losses, is twice as high as in Ukraine.
'They cover all these losses, so they have no problems, but they have lost 1 million people since the beginning of this war. Half of them died. So they continue to shoot, killing their people in the fire of war, without stopping to think about the number of casualties. This presents a serious challenge and problem,' the minister emphasized.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine announced mobilization in the country, emphasizing the stability and growth of the mobilization rate. He compared the situation of mobilization in Russia, noting that Ukrainian losses are significantly lower, but decisions on mobilization differ.
