What to do after paying the penalty from the TCC: clarification from the Ministry of Defense

Those liable for military service who have paid a penalty from the TCC and SP must update their military registration data. This applies to those who settle their debts online in the 'Reserve+' application. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Ekaterina Chernogorenko, emphasized that paying the penalty does not exempt one from the obligation to update data. She also noted that this procedure can be done in the 'Reserve+' application without unnecessary trips to the TCC and SP.

«For those who have not yet updated their data, there is a convenient way: to do it in the 'Reserve+' application without visiting the TCC. The obligation remains even after paying the penalty», - emphasized Chernogorenko. She also reminded that through the application, one can pay the penalty with a 50% discount.

It is also worth noting that the Verkhovna Rada extended martial law and mobilization for 90 days - until November 5, 2025. New features have appeared in the 'Reserve+' application, in particular the ability to display disability in the electronic military document and to save the previous version of this document. The updated version of the application provides users with convenient access to information about the group of disability and its reason.
