Russian attack on Ternopil: 10 dead and 37 injured, including children

At least 10 people have died and 37 have been injured as a result of a brutal Russian attack on Ternopil. Among the injured are 12 children. In Lviv, militants targeted warehouse facilities in the industrial zone, while in Kharkiv, 46 people were affected, including two children.
