According to glavcom.ua: On August 8, the regular meeting of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court took place regarding the case of former people's deputy Oleksandr Granovsky. Appeals from the prosecutor and the defenders regarding the judge's decision to cancel suspicions and change the notice of suspicion were considered. The parties presented their arguments and evidence in court.

At the previous meeting, two cases were merged, during which the lawyers requested the inclusion of new evidence. Granovsky's defenders claim that there is no substantiated evidence of his guilt in the crime. As a result, the court allowed the expert conclusions to be added to the case materials and their analysis to be carried out.

Lord Morris Glazman and Konstantinos Efstatios were present, acting as observers. The next stage of consideration involves examining the evidence provided in the case.

VAKS arrested Granovsky in absentia on October 7, 2022, but this decision was later overturned, deeming it unjustified. The case continues, and the main argument of the defense remains the lack of evidence and political persecution.

The meeting of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court regarding Granovsky's case was held with great attention to detail. Taking into account all arguments and evidence remains an important stage in determining the further course of the case. Additional expertise and research will be conducted to uncover the objective truth in this legal process.
