Composition of the Ukrainian team for the European Youth Athletics Championships

According to glavcom.ua: From July 17 to 20, the European Youth Athletics Championships will take place in Bergen (Norway). The approved Ukrainian team for this event will consist of 29 athletes, reports 'Glavkom'.

The team includes well-known athletes, particularly throwers Arthur Felfner and Mykhailo Brudin, as well as participants of previous championships Danila Dubina and Diana Honcharenko.

• Among the participants of the team: Diana Honcharenko, Alexander Sosnovenko, Alina Kishkina, Dmitry Baginsky, Vladimir Kilko, Natalia Besidovska, Alina Korsunskaya, Tatyana Chernivol, Ulyana Rachynska, Andrey Atamanyuk and others.

Also, the new team features athletes who have come close to Ukraine's records, such as Valeria Sholomitskaya and Mykola Rushak.

Last year, the Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestling team won third place in the team standings at the U20 European Championships in Italy. Our athletes earned 7 medals, of which two are silver and five are bronze.

It is also worth noting that Ukrainian juniors performed successfully at the European Diving Championships, where they won a total of 12 medals, including 6 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze.

The Ukrainian athletics team is preparing for the European Youth Championships in Norway. The team includes well-known athletes and those who have approached the records of Ukraine. We are expecting an exciting sporting event and hope for the successful performances of our athletes!
