The Diya app launches the xPON map: find out how many hours your internet will work without electricity

According to Федоров: The Diya app will feature an xPON provider map, allowing Ukrainians to check their home's connection to the energy-independent xPON network using a special application. This new feature will be available starting January 2026.

The map will display the following data:

• information about providers servicing a specific home and offering internet access services via xPON technology;
• an estimate of internet uptime during electricity outages.

Furthermore, users will be able to leave reviews and suggestions regarding the quality of service of providers, which will foster competition and improve the resilience of telecommunications infrastructure throughout the country.

Ensuring Reliable Connectivity

The launch of the map will allow for determining the real state of energy-independent internet coverage across Ukraine, identifying 'white spots' and directing resources where they are most needed, particularly in frontline communities. The main goal is the further development of telecommunications resilience to provide every Ukrainian with reliable connectivity.
