Storm in Odesa: mine threat on the coast and areas at risk of flooding

According to glavcom.ua: The Hydrometeorological Center of the Black and Azov Seas warned Odesa authorities about the approaching storm, which has triggered Level I danger (yellow). Residents are advised to be cautious due to expected rain and strong winds. Most of the storm has affected some beach areas and the sea, where staying is advised against.
A situation has arisen as a consequence of the rain. The city is quickly responding to the warnings from the Hydrometeorological Center, announcing Level I storm warning. The population must leave the safety zone and avoid areas that may become risk zones.
