According to Главком: On March 7, a man was detained in Khmelnytskyi after firing an automatic weapon from a balcony. The incident occurred around 10:20 PM on Haiova Street. The shooter, a serviceman, discharged approximately 90 rounds from the balcony of a ninth-floor apartment into the courtyard of the residential building. Preliminary reports indicate the man was intoxicated. He surrendered to law enforcement officers during a special police operation. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
