Operation 'Midas': Arrest of the back-office employee

According to САП: At the request of NABU detectives, supported by the SAP prosecutor, the investigative judge of VAKS decided to arrest the female suspect from the back office in the case of money legalization. She can be released on bail of 12 million hryvnias.

If the bail is posted, the suspect will have to:

• appear at the request of detectives, prosecutors, judges, and the court;
• not leave the borders of Kyiv and the region without the permission of the relevant authorities;
• notify about any change of her address;
• avoid contact with individuals specified in the court ruling;
• surrender her passport for traveling abroad;
• wear an electronic monitoring device.
