According to Конституційний суд: At the meeting of the Grand Chamber on November 18, 2025, cases concerning constitutional petitions were considered. Among them were questions about the constitutionality of a number of laws, in particular regarding state service, service in local self-government bodies, labor, and social insurance.
The court decided to continue considering these cases at future meetings and to combine some cases to simplify the process. Thus, the continuation of the consideration of these issues will take place at the next plenary sessions of the court.
