The Constitutional Court has made a number of key decisions: what will change for citizens

According to Конституційний суд: The court decided to continue the consideration of cases based on constitutional submissions in the Grand Chamber on December 23, 2025. Among the individuals whose cases are being considered are 51 members of the Ukrainian parliament, the Supreme Court, and the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights.
- The court decided to continue the consideration of these cases at future plenary sessions. Resolutions regarding the termination of one candidate's membership in the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the inclusion of new members in the council were also adopted.
- Moreover, the opening of constitutional proceedings in certain cases was denied, but their consideration will continue at subsequent sessions.
As a result of the court session, a number of important decisions were made regarding the consideration of cases based on constitutional submissions, as well as the opening or refusal to open constitutional proceedings in certain cases.
