According to Конституційний суд: The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has ruled that the establishment of a three-month term for an employee to appeal to the court for the recovery of wages and other payments is unconstitutional. This decision was made due to the violation of employees' rights, which may limit their ability to obtain justice in court.
According to the decision of the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court, the first part of Article 233 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, which stipulates this term, is nullified. This decision has taken effect from the moment of its adoption.
