Svetlana Burmistrova shared her journey from Luhansk to Dnipro through pain, faith, and love for her work. Before the war started, she worked in the migration service in eastern Ukraine, but the conflict forced her and her family to quickly leave their homeland.
Now in Dnipro, she continues to help people by assisting foreigners and stateless persons in obtaining documents. Even after losing her home, she has not lost faith in herself and the people around her. Her story is an example of resilience and dedication to her work.
