Taxi Discounts for Late-Night Train Arrivals

According to Главком: Uklon and Bolt are introducing special fares for Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) passengers arriving at major city stations during the nationwide curfew. This initiative addresses a critical need for safe, affordable transport when public options are limited. Uklon is offering a discount on rides from Kyiv's main railway station using a promo code valid from 11:15 PM to 5:00 AM, with each user eligible once per night. Meanwhile, Bolt is increasing the number of cars available near stations and running a 'Bolt & Visa' promotion offering a 50% discount on rides to and from stations, available 24/7.

This partnership was launched after both services received permission to operate during Kyiv's curfew hours. According to Ukrzaliznytsia's press service, the railway company approached Uklon and Bolt with a proposal to support passengers arriving in large cities after midnight, particularly those facing delays due to enemy shelling and route changes.

New Routes and Passenger Benefits

Alongside the new taxi benefits, Ukrzaliznytsia has also scheduled a new daily train, No. 26/25, running between Odesa and Rakhiv. Service from Odesa begins on February 3, with departures from Rakhiv starting February 4. The daily service on this route provides additional comfort and convenience for travelers.

These measures are crucial for improving passenger service, especially given that train delays have become more frequent due to external security factors. The taxi discounts aim to reduce inconvenience for those arriving in the capital at night and increase transportation accessibility under curfew restrictions. The introduction of new routes further demonstrates Ukrzaliznytsia's commitment to adapting to passenger needs during a challenging period.
