• at a person's place of residence;
• at their workplace;
• in public spaces and buildings;
• at checkpoint barriers;
• at state border crossing points.

The purpose of these inspections is to determine whether an individual is properly registered for military service and whether their personal details match the information stored in the official registry.

Notification Process and Summons Delivery

When conducting checks at residential addresses, local government officials may be involved in the notification process. The teams responsible for issuing summonses typically include TCC staff, police officers, and representatives from district administrations and municipal authorities. If an inspection reveals that a person has been flagged as violating military registration rules, or if there is a discrepancy between their paper documents and the registry data, this serves as grounds for delivering a summons.

As Maksym Leshchuk explained, 'if it turns out that a person has the status of a violator of military registration rules, or if a discrepancy is found in their registration data in the paper document, this is a basis for issuing a summons and escorting the citizen to the territorial center to clarify the information.'

A summons can be issued for the following purposes:

• enrolling an individual in military registration;
• updating personal data;
• undergoing a medical examination;
• being called up for service.

According to Maksym Leshchuk, such a situation may arise when the data in paper documents does not match the information in the registry. Therefore, verifying the documents of military-liable individuals plays a key role in maintaining accurate military records.
