Photo and video recording of summons delivery only with TCK permission

Ukraine continues its general mobilization activities, lawyer Daria Solaryeva noted that photo and video recording of summons delivery can only be conducted by authorized representatives of the TCK, appointed by order of the head of the agency. This information was published by the 'Glavkom' portal.

According to the law on mobilization training and mobilization, video recording must be carried out on video recorders from the moment the activities begin until their completion under certain circumstances. The use of personal phones or tablets by TCK employees is prohibited, which is considered a violation, emphasized the lawyer.

The TCK is required to record all individuals when handing over the summons, checking documents. This is an imperative requirement of the law on mobilization training and mobilization, that is, mandatory, stressed the lawyer.

Reminder for TCK from lawyers

Lawyer Daniil Tryasov from the Law Association Leshchenko & Partners emphasized that the use of body cameras by TCK employees is regulated by certain rules established by relevant government and Ministry of Defense resolutions. Failure to conduct photo or video recording during the delivery of summons may be recognized as a violation.

According to Tryasov: 'In case of challenging illegal actions of the TCK in court and lack of evidence, the court may close the proceedings and cancel the fine order.'

We remind you that the Rada supported the extension of martial law and mobilization for 90 days until November 5, 2025.

The Permanent Commission on Defense and Security Issues of the Rada supported mobilization measures, compliance with which will ensure photo and video recording of summons delivery and established rules for their application.
