According to Міністерство соц. політики: A terrible event occurred in Ternopil. As a result of the shelling by Russian troops of a residential building, 31 people were killed, including second-grader Amelia and her mother Oksana.

This tragedy has become a harsh reminder that Russia deliberately attacks civilians, destroys their families, and takes lives where joyful children's voices should be. According to preliminary data, 94 people were injured, including 18 children.
