Top 5 Insurance Companies in Ukraine in 2026

SG 'TAS' topped the ranking of insurance companies in Ukraine in 2026, achieving a maximum of 100% according to the methodology of the Ukrainian Business Award. The top five also included VUSO, INGO, 'Arsenal Insurance,' and PZU Ukraine. During the assessment, financial indicators, products, customer experience, and digital presence were taken into account. This is reported by the Ukrainian Business Award.

The Ukrainian Business Award ranking was formed based on a complex of criteria; therefore, a company's place was not determined by a single financial indicator. The scale of the business, insurance payouts and premiums, assets, profitability, number of products, liquidity, work experience, digital presence, customer experience, and expert evaluations were all considered.

1. SG 'TAS' - 100%

SG 'TAS' took first place with a score of 14,799 points. Among its strengths are the largest network in the rating with 421 points and 31 products for individuals. The company also leads in the volume of insurance premiums for the nine months of 2025 - 5.72 billion UAH, while payouts as of September 30 reached 2.07 billion UAH. Its assets amounted to 6.82 billion UAH, and the net profit in 2025 was 592.6 million UAH.

2. VUSO - 78.5%

VUSO received 11,618 points and took second place. One of the main advantages of the insurer is a wide range of offerings for private clients: 42 products, the most among the ranking participants. The company also received 9 points for customer experience and the maximum 10 points for Web Performance Index. The volume of premiums for the nine months of 2025 was 3.73 billion UAH, with payouts of 1.23 billion UAH.

3. INGO - 74.4%

INGO scored 11,013 points and became third. The company offers the widest choice of insurance directions among participants - 15, as well as the largest portfolio for corporate clients with 42 products. Another strength is current liquidity with a coefficient of 17.74, the highest in the ranking. The volume of insurance payouts amounted to 1.59 billion UAH, and premiums were 3.83 billion UAH.

4. 'Arsenal Insurance' - 66.1%

'Arsenal Insurance' scored 9.778 points. The company offers 37 insurance products for individuals, second only to VUSO in their quantity, while 30 products are available for businesses. The insurer received 9 points for customer experience. The company's assets amounted to 5.05 billion UAH, and net profit increased from 132.4 million UAH in 2023 to 354.1 million UAH in 2025.

5. PZU Ukraine - 64.8%

PZU Ukraine rounded out the top five with a score of 9.593 points. The company has been operating in the Ukrainian insurance market for 33 years, the longest among ranking participants. It has 124 offices and partner points, which is the second highest in the top ten. PZU Ukraine also ranked second for the number of branded searches on Google - 25,360. The insurer's assets amounted to 4.1 billion UAH, while insurance payouts totaled 806.2 million UAH.
