According to Главком: In 2026, the Ukrainian application 'Diia' plans to launch new services that will expand the possibilities for users. Valeriya Koval, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, announced plans for innovations aimed at easing access to government services. Currently, more than 160 services are available in 'Diia', which indicates the active development of the platform.
According to information, in 2025, the number of 'Diia' users increased by 2 million, confirming the growing interest in digital services. Over 6.3 million accounts are registered on the 'Diia' portal, and 23.7 million Ukrainians have 33 documents in electronic format. This indicates that more and more people are choosing digital solutions to obtain necessary services.
Planned new services
Among the new services that may appear, the following are planned:
- European protocol;
- registration number of the tax identification card RNOCPP for children;
- border crossing through 'Diia';
- obtaining permits for weapons;
- eWallet function;
- possibility of divorce;
- opening an LLC account;
- new grants eWork;
- expansion of services for Defenders and their families;
- registration of public organizations.
It is worth noting that conducting presidential elections using the 'Diia' application is currently not planned, as stated by Mykhailo Fedorov.
