According to ДСНС: In Kyiv, the number of dead has risen to 15 and 39 people have been injured as a result of the night attack. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing in the Solomyanskyi district, where rescuers of the State Emergency Service (SES) are dismantling the ceilings of a multi-storey residential building and the emergency structures of neighboring damaged buildings.

So far, 52 cubic meters of construction debris have been removed. Canine teams and pyrotechnic units of the SES have been involved in the works, inspecting the shelling site for explosive devices. In addition, psychologists from the SES in Kyiv have provided assistance to 98 citizens. Safe fragments of a Russian missile have also been retrieved.
