According to Прокуратура Київ: In Kyiv, preparations are being made for the hearing of the case regarding the sale of a land plot in the Kyiv region using a forged power of attorney. The man who took possession of this plot in the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district has been sent to court on charges of fraud and forgery of documents.

It has been revealed that he sold the land plot without the owner's permission, using forged documents. Now he faces imprisonment of five to twelve years with confiscation of property.
