As a result of the night shelling on November 25 in the capital, workers from the Dnipro Department of the State Migration Service in Kyiv and the Kyiv region went to the scene to assist residents who had lost or damaged their documents. Among those affected was a citizen whose home was destroyed.

The service staff promptly began the document restoration process together with specialists from the State Enterprise 'Document'. As a result of their swift work, on November 27 this citizen received a new passport.

Such visits enable the prompt provision of necessary administrative services to people in difficult situations, ensuring continuous access to identity documents.
