In Kyiv, law enforcement authorities have detained an entrepreneur who was illegally selling advertising permits from the Kyiv City State Administration. According to the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, the suspect demanded $6,000 from the client and a monthly payment. He also relieved his clients from the dismantling of advertising materials for illegal profit.
During the investigation, law enforcement found that the entrepreneur was leasing street advertising spaces and demanded illegal benefits for their allocation. Thus, he violated the law and caused damage to the state by avoiding the corresponding costs of obtaining legal advertising permits.
