Series of explosions in southern Crimea
According to glavcom.ua: In the evening of September 21, explosions occurred on the southern coast of the temporarily occupied Crimea, leading to a fire near the village of Sanatorne. Residents report damage to the elite complex Foros, which was used during Soviet times as a vacation spot for party and military elites. Casualties and injuries resulted from the incident, reports the Telegram channel 'Crimean Wind' and Russian media.
Attack on the sanatorium
According to information, 'very important guests' were at the sanatorium during the explosions. The FOROS HALL restaurant was closed for special service, as indicated on the sanatorium's website.
Head of the occupying administration of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, confirmed the fact of the attack. According to Russian sources, mainly drones struck the territory of the 'Foros Terletskiy' sanatorium. Not only the complex was damaged, but also the school building.
Damage to government building
The information about the attack also mentions a government building referred to as 'FSB dacha' and a vacation spot for Vladimir Putin. Initially, Russian media reported the downing of drones, but this record was later deleted.
The head of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk, noted that the peninsula will soon receive regular supplies of gasoline, diesel fuel, and gas.
