Ilona Kapelnytska has died in the hospital – a volunteer and volunteer injured during the attack on Chernivtsi

According to glavcom.ua: The tragic news of the death of 44-year-old volunteer Ilona Kapelnytska, who became the fourth victim of the Russian attack on Chernivtsi, was confirmed yesterday in the hospital. The woman had been in a coma since the enemy strike on July 12 on a residential building. At that time, she was in her ninth month of pregnancy and could not hear either words or tears – only the relentless night and the heat that follows the terrible metallic river of Russian darkness.

All lines about Ilona's life and death slowly turn into a Chernobyl movie – these warnings from one of the oldest volunteers last Sunday no longer seemed superfluous or a frightening phenomenon that suddenly appeared behind a jacket or scarf, like a Moscow homeless person on a bus.

Unfortunately, true sympathy and memory of Ilona Kapelnytska and her volunteer activities will always be a bitter reminder of the deaths of civilians as a result of military aggression and destruction in peaceful cities.
