Public transport routes in Lutsk changed from May 15

In Lutsk, the public transport routes have been temporarily changed due to road closures on certain streets of the city. The changes affect buses and trolleybuses; some routes will be redirected, while some trolleybus services have been temporarily canceled. This was reported by Alla Nadtochiy, representative of the Civic Movement “Conscious”.

Due to the road closure on Vasyl Moisey Avenue, buses will run on modified routes on May 14.

Public transport will travel along Chopin Street in both directions.

Additionally, buses on routes №26 and №26A have been temporarily redirected via General Shukhevych Street and President Hrushevskyi Avenue.

City authorities urge passengers to take the changes into account when planning their trips within the city.

In Lutsk, some trolleybus services have been temporarily canceled

The changes also affect trolleybus services.

Trolleybuses on routes №1, №2, and №5 now operate along Vydrodzhennia Avenue in both directions.

Route №12 has been temporarily shortened - trolleybuses will only run to the stop “Drama Theater”.

At the same time, trolleybuses №15 and №15A have completely suspended service during the restrictions.

Routes №3, №4, and №4A currently operate without changes.

Similar temporary changes in transport routes in Lutsk are regularly implemented during repairs, road closures, or large events in the city center.

For Lutsk residents, this means possible delays in public transport and changes in usual transfers in the city center until the movement restrictions are lifted.

As a reminder, the fare for minibuses in Lutsk has increased. Passengers now have to pay 24 hryvnias instead of the previous 18.
