According to glavcom.ua: A scandal is spreading in Mykolaiv due to the start of catering services in schools. The company 'Prosecco 8' decided to prepare food in the rain, shocking many. A video documenting this event went viral online.
The recording shows how porridge for students is being prepared under pouring rain, adding water and mixing it with... a hammer drill. One witness requested not to spread this video on the internet.

The mayor stated that an investigation has already been initiated to clarify the circumstances of this situation. Deputy Tetyana Dombrovska demands to terminate cooperation with the company and suspend Deputy Mayor Anatoliy Petrov.
The head of the regional administration, Vitaliy Kim, appealed to the police regarding violations of food preparation rules for schoolchildren.
Reforms in Student Nutrition
It turned out that the test format of catering in 23 schools of Mykolaiv was supposed to undergo inspection. Earlier, the government decided on free meals for students in grades 1-11 in front-line zones.
At the end of May, the construction of modular houses for internally displaced persons and a new medical clinic was completed in the Kryvoozersk community of Mykolaiv region.
