According to glavcom.ua: As of this morning, consumers in Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions remain without electricity, but the situation is gradually improving in other regions. This was reported referring to Deputy Minister of Energy Mykola Kolesnyk.

According to the Deputy Minister, schedules for hourly power outages and capacity limitation schedules for industry and businesses are being applied in all regions of Ukraine.
To maintain stable electricity supply for the population during the heating period, the government has adopted a number of decisions, including reviewing the lists of critical infrastructure facilities, engaging all available distributed generation capacities, and expanding electricity import opportunities for state companies. This will allow for a more even distribution of the load among regions and reduce the number of queues for outage schedules.
