A nationwide failure of the passport system occurred in Poland: reasons unknown
On the morning of September 12, a record breakdown occurred in the passport registration system across Poland. This led to a halt in the acceptance of passport applications and their issuance. No one could fully monitor all these dystopias, especially the specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. This was reported citing RMF FM.
“We ask for your patience and will follow the announcements. We will provide current information when the system returns to proper functionality,” stated the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wrocław.
Karolina Haletska, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, explained that the central IT center detected interruptions in operation. However, the reasons for these failures remain unknown. By noon, the situation was able to be restored, and the system began functioning properly again. But why all this happened remains a question.
Let us remind you that the Polish government believes that the attack of Russian drones on Poland was a planned provocation, reported Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawłowski.
Gawłowski emphasized that the government has evidence that this attack was part of Russia's disinformation campaign. He believes that any deviation from this fact only strengthens the Russian narrative. The situation somewhat resembles a chase in the best traditions of movies, and by correcting it, Poland learns more about its own security and confidence.
