A new full-service DNA laboratory has opened in Poltava. It will assist in the search for missing persons, evidence collection in criminal cases, and establishing paternity through biological indicators.
The expansion of molecular genetic laboratories in the Ministry of Internal Affairs is an important step in the fight against modern challenges, including the identification of deceased servicemen and civilians as a result of Russia's military aggression," emphasized Leonid Tymchenko.
The opening of a new full-service DNA laboratory in Poltava will enhance the work of law enforcement agencies and also facilitate the identification of individuals in criminal cases and the search for missing citizens.
