One of the latest services of the State Employment Service is training women under an experimental project, which is quickly gaining popularity among employers and unemployed individuals.

Currently, 327 applications have been received from employers, of which 302 have been processed. This means that 629 women expressed a desire to retrain, of which 588 have already started their training. Another 17 applications for 24 vacancies are in the process of candidate selection. Additionally, 8 applications concern preparation for work in educational institutions for 17 women participating in the program.

The region with the highest number of participants in the project is Rivne Region, which sent 55 women for training. In Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, the demand for retraining women ranges from 50 to 52 cases. The Volyn Regional Employment Center invited 43 women to participate in this project.

The most popular professions for women are woodworking machine operators - 217 cases, female tractor drivers - 120 cases, and boiler operators - 75 cases.

Among the most in-demand areas of training, it is also worth highlighting: crane operators, trolleybus drivers, mechanics for repairing wheeled vehicles, electricians, milling machine operators, turners, and other professions.

The State Employment Service is actively implementing a training program for women for their further employment, which receives positive feedback from both employers and women seeking new opportunities for career growth.
