A Boeing 737 of the USA lost an important part during the flight

During the flight, the plane lost a fragment of its wing, which fell onto a residential area of the city. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it was a very dangerous situation for the local residents.

According to investigation information, a part of the left wing's trailing edge flap separated from the plane in the air. This structural element plays a critically important role in the aerodynamics of the aircraft, especially during takeoff and landing, helping the plane to decelerate effectively and gain altitude.

Delta Airlines has promised to cooperate with the investigative authorities to determine the causes of the incident. This is not the first case of technical problems with the company, so measures need to be taken to improve flight safety.
