In Ternopil, rescuers managed to pull three people from the rubble, including two children. This raised the total number of deaths from the Russian rocket strike to 31. Another 94 people were injured, and 13 are considered missing.
Search operations at the site of the tragedy continue to identify possible victims and missing persons. Rescuers and volunteers are working continuously, trying to quickly assist those affected and find the missing in order to save as many lives as possible.
