In May, Russia used chemical weapons against the Armed Forces of Ukraine 888 times

According to the General Staff, Russian troops continue to use chemical weapons against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons confirmed the facts of using dangerous chemical compounds on the battlefield. This is already the third report confirming violations by Russia of the Chemical Weapons Convention. A total of 888 cases of chemical use against Ukrainian warriors were recorded in May of this year. Among other confirmed facts of chemical weapon use, there is also an illegal method - a liquid that causes tears, as well as similar substances in grenades.

In addition to chemical attacks, Russian occupiers continue to carry out missile strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine. The latest incident was an attack on the city of Samara in the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in the deaths of five civilians and injuring another 23. This event once again confirms the brutality and ruthlessness of the Russian intervention in Ukraine.
