Public transport in Zaporizhzhia will operate with route changes on November 20, 2025

On November 20 in Zaporizhzhia, public transport will operate with significant changes. Due to the closure of traffic over the DniproHES dam, the city is temporarily adjusting the routes of trams, trolleybuses, and buses of 'Zaporizhelectrotrans'. This was reported by Zaporizhzhia City Council.

Zaporizhzhia transport on November 20: changes in trolleybus and tram movements

Trolleybus routes will operate in a partially changed mode. Routes No. 3, No. 8, No. 9, No. 14, and No. 17 will travel in their directions, while the operation of trolleybuses No. 1 and No. 11 will be temporarily suspended. Trams No. 3, No. 10, and No. 15 will continue to operate according to current schemes, but routes No. 14 and No. 16 will operate on new directions — respectively 'Autostrada – Maidan Voli' and 'Pavlo-Kichkas – Zaporizhzhia Circus'. Tram No. 12 will not operate on this day.

Zaporizhzhia transport: changes in bus operations

Bus routes will mainly remain on their schemes, but with certain adjustments. Some buses will travel in changed directions, taking into account the detour of the closed dam. The city is also launching additional flights to strengthen transportation.

The main changes look like this:

• buses No. 7, No. 29, No. 34a, No. 38, No. 39, No. 56, No. 59, No. 71, No. 86, No. 94, No. 97, No. 98 will run according to current schemes

• additional routes will travel in the directions 'Vul. Pishchana – Pr. Metalurhiv' and 'Factory “Zaporizhkabel” – Pr. Metalurhiv'

• routes No. 17, No. 18, and No. 72 from Borodynskyi and Osypenkivskyi districts will head through Bul. Vintera, Vul. Kyiyashka, Arkovy Bridge, Khortytsia Island, and Pr. Metalurhiv.

The City Council warns: due to possible power outages, restrictions on the movement of trams and trolleybuses will continue. In case of power outages in the networks, the city will switch individual routes to buses, including tram directions No. 3, No. 10, No. 12, No. 14, No. 15, and No. 16.

Earlier we wrote that on October 17, traffic was closed again in Zaporizhzhia over the dam of DniproHES, so public transport was operating on a changed schedule.
