In Zaporizhzhia, city transport will change routes from December 27 to 29

In Zaporizhzhia, from December 27 to 29, the operation of public transport will change due to the temporary closure of bus and trolleybus traffic across the DniproHES dam. Restrictions apply to trolleybus, tram, and bus routes in the city. This is reported by Zaporizhzhia City Council.

As the Department of Transport and Communications informs, transport services will operate on modified schedules during these days, and some routes will be temporarily suspended. Passengers are advised to plan their trips in advance considering the updated routes.

Transport movement in Zaporizhzhia December 27-29: trolleybuses and trams

During the restrictions, trolleybuses will operate on the following routes:

• No. 3 “4th Southern microdistrict - Zaporozhye Square”

• No. 8 “Simferopol Highway - Zaporozhye Square”

• No. 9 “BK ZAlK – Sedov Street”

• No. 14 “Simferopol Highway - Embankment”

• No. 25 “Sedov Street - Zaporozhye Square”.

The operation of trolleybuses No. 1 and No. 11 is temporarily suspended.

Trams No. 3, No. 10, and No. 15 will operate on existing schedules. Meanwhile:

• route No. 14 will operate as “Motorway - Freedom Square”

• route No. 16 - “Pavlo-Kichkas - Zaporozhye Circus”

• route No. 12 will not operate temporarily.

Transport movement in Zaporizhzhia December 27-29: buses

Buses No. 7, 29, 34a, 38, 39, 56, 59, 71, 86, 94, 97, and 98 will operate according to approved routes, part of the trips - with the final stop “Garnizonnaya Street”. Additional routes will also be organized:

• “Pishchana Street - Metallurgists Avenue”

• “Zaporizhkabel Plant - Metallurgists Avenue”

Routes No. 17, No. 18, and No. 72 will bypass through the Arc Bridge and Khortytsia Island.
