An error occurred in the Reserve+ application: what is temporarily not working and which documents are valid

According to glavcom.ua: The Ministry of Defense reported that the 'Reserve+' application is experiencing temporary technical issues, preventing the updating of electronic military registration documents and sending requests to the registry.

The Ministry emphasized that all previously issued documents remain valid.

Currently, functions related to sending requests to the registry are not working in the application, but users can use the saved pdf version of the electronic document. Specialists are already working to resolve the issue and restore normal operation.

Despite the problems, new features are planned to be implemented in the 'Reserve+' application in the future. In particular, there will be an option for online processing of deferrals from conscription for parents of children with disabilities, regardless of the child's age.
