Local Budgets of Ukraine Enriched by 50 Billion: How the Funds Will Be Used

The Ministry of Finance Transferred 16.9 Billion Hryvnias to Local Budgets

In October, 16.9 billion hryvnias were transferred from the state budget to the general fund of local budgets. This amount is 100% of the budget plan, which is a very important step in the financial support of regional budgets.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the total amount of funds in the accounts of local budgets and budgetary institutions as of November 1, 2025, is 169.8 billion hryvnias. This is 49.2 billion hryvnias more than at the beginning of this year. These resources will allow local self-government bodies to ensure financing for priority needs at the local level.
