According to the commander of the UAV forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert 'Madyar' Brovda, the station 'Vtorovo', owned by Transneft (Penki, Vladimir region, Russia), provides oil pumping to the Moscow Ring Oil Product Pipeline.

«NPS 'Vtorovo', Transneft (Penki, Vladimir region, Russia) has been somewhat damaged. The oil pumping station, which pumps (pumped) diesel fuel to the MKNOPP (Moscow Ring Oil Product Pipeline)», the message states.

Fire at the oil refinery in Russia
