The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has signed agreements with foreign partners to provide additional quotas for permits for cargo transportation by road in 2025. According to the agency, Ukrainian carriers will be allowed to perform transportation to/from third countries.

The agreements provide for the transfer of 100 permit forms for the direction to Azerbaijan (20% of the main quota) and the exchange of 300 forms with Bosnia and Herzegovina (100% of the main quota).

'We continue to systematically expand opportunities for Ukrainian carriers in international markets. Additional quotas with Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina are another step towards stable logistics, business development, and strengthening economic cooperation. We are also focused on ensuring that Ukrainian carriers can continuously transport to European Union countries,' informed Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development Serhiy Derkach.

By engaging foreign partners, the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has decided to provide Ukrainian carriers with additional permit quotas for international transportation, which will contribute to the stability of logistics and business development.
